Womb Hara Massage

Natalie is an incredible massage therapist (amongst her other talents) specialising in fertility womb hara massage will be guiding us through a womb massage to support blood flow, fertility and mind+body connection as well as sharing her wisdom supporting the fertility community.

Katika Funnell

Acupuncture & TCM

Katika is a well known and loved Acupuncturist and Chinese Medical Practitioner on the Northern Beaches. She'll be providing all our attendees with some light acupuncture as well as her words of wisdom from a TCM perspective.

Caroline Robertson

Naturopath & Nutrition

Caroline is a Naturopath and author who has a wealth of training and knowledge in Ayurveda, homeopathy, nutrition, iridology, reiki and more. She'll be joining us to share her wisdom and answer any questions you might have.

Corrine Valelonga

Pilates Instructor

Corrine is a Pilates instructor specialising in pre and post natal fitness. She'll be taking us through a gentle stretch and release pilates session where she will incorporate some breath work to release stuck energy and connect with mind+body.

Sound Healing
