This is a great opportunity to get to know me and understand if I'm a good fit to support you on your journey and ask me any questions you might have.

Initial Session - In Person

In this session, you'll be gently guided through a deep dive of your fertility journey from both a physical and emotional perspective to start to uncover your biggest struggles and the support needed to get you back to feeling more at peace.

Initial Session - Online

In this session, you'll be gently guided through a deep dive of your fertility journey from both a physical and emotional perspective to start to uncover your biggest struggles and the support needed to get you back to feeling more at peace.

Follow Up Session - In Person

Follow up sessions are for existing clients. Sessions are uniquely curated specific to where you’re at on your journey and your needs at the time. You’ll experience a combination of conversational therapy, work through therapy concepts and models as well as somatic techniques and hypnotherapy.

Follow Up Session - Online

Follow up sessions are for existing clients only and follow on from the initial session providing deep support, tools and strategies for those on a fertility or pregnancy journey whether natural or with the support of assisted fertility treatments like IVF.
